持續的規畫未來的實驗室,不管是屬於個人的還是公司的,之前看了一篇如何打造更健康的實驗室之10個規則~

這些都跟上次參與管理電影院中提到的【團隊形成的四個階段】有關:(括號中的是自己的初步分類)
1. 形成培養階段 (R2, 5, 6, 7)
2. 衝突不滿階段 (R3, 4, 9)
3. 異同協調階段 (R10)
4. 共贏績效階段 (R1, 8)
這十點說起來都是討論白教練的角度、正面、激勵、陽光面。不過真正有帶領過實驗室/公司的(即使沒有看個案教學也很多)都知道事實不僅如此~
而且還有更多是在人之前的產品開發規劃、實驗設備的設計與建立呢!金額太大的話還要委外,然後可能就會發生一些弊案(🤣)
